The misinformation represented by Baby Bargains, and its founder Alan Fields, is biased and unfounded.
Neither Alan Fields, nor anybody at Baby Bargains has ever seen, assembled, sampled, or reviewed a single product designed and produced by Milk Street Baby.
The reason for his vengeful disdain is unknown and inexcusable, but needless to say, we don’t presently pay to advertise on Baby Bargains, and never will. Baby Bargains is more about hate and not love. His comments and reviews are taken out of context and fall short of telling the whole story. Not to mention, we went above and beyond to make things right for all our customers that were initially displeased.

Second to None
We primarily chose Milk Street because of the quality. We were looking for quality furniture for our nursery and Milk Street was second to none. It was a bonus that it had cool features like under dresser and drawer lighting, which we use routinely at nighttime. We got excellent service in store in terms of knowledge of staff, as well as delivery and set up. It has also been reassuring to know that should concerns arise, I can count on Milk Street to be responsive to my questions. You can tell they want to put out quality products and for their customers to be satisfied.

Love at First Sight
When I found out I was pregnant I began looking at cribs that would convert as she got bigger. We went into a small store in Hendersonville, TN and noticed the Milk Street bed right away and loved it. It has been the best purchase yet. The crib looked beautiful and now she is using it as a full size bed and it makes her room beautiful.
When we went to put the full size bed together we noticed the screw holes didn’t line up properly. When I gave MILK STREET a call they immediately jumped into action ready to help. I was extremely amazed at how the customer service was within the company and I am so grateful they were willing to fix it at no cost to me. Sadly then covid hit and made it impossible due to all the closings. However Milk Street made sure to email me and keep me updated and as soon as they were able to open back up we received the pieces we needed to finish up her room.
I could not be happier with my choice to chose Milk Street! I have recommended it to everyone and I am always happy to show off the beautifully made furniture.

Absolutely Perfect
We purchased the Relic Batten Crib. It’s absolutely perfect, 🙂 makes the nursery. Including some pictures! At the time we couldn’t afford the whole set so we painted an old dresser and made a changing table. Now that we are past the starting off phase of adding a baby, we are going to buy the conversion to the full bed with the low profile footboard, and the longer dresser. Honestly, out of all the cribs we looked at nothing compared to your milk street cribs (I’ve wrote a few reviews). I really appreciate it- it’s brought me so much joy this year. Some of my favorite memories have been in this room. Thanks again!

Nursery is coming together nicely and furniture looks great. I think the Relic Batten crib in Cloud was literally the only one my husband and I both liked for our coastal neutral theme. Not too white, not too gray. 🙂 Cloud was perfect for us and so different from everywhere else we looked. Excited to use for years to come with the conversion kit too.

Milk Street furniture: it is stylish, well-built, functional and even innovative. The touch sensitive under lighting is really useful and the crib and (eventually) bed are timeless. I expect our son to keep this furniture until college! We have 3 children and all have nice furniture. But the Milk Street set stands out as our favorite.
